Demon Tribesman Thing

This is what comes out when you sketch something (while half asleep and sick..fever included) and try to finish it the next day, attempting to make it as close to the initial idea as you can.

I think last night I was trying to draw some form of rat pirate, judging from the muzzle in the sketch, but there was also a load of head feathers, tailfeathers, and a strange mask. Plus those ears. So I have no idea what I was trying to do >.>

The hands/arms really bug me, but I just said "Forget it! I'm done!" and posted it anyways
